On the 23rd of April 2013, i sent through a Credit Veting form to Caroline, as I am looking at studying project Managment. Credit Vetting was approved as per rep, who then advise me to pay deposit required of R2060.00 . Payment was made and proof of payment mailed to Caroline. Forms were also sent in as well as Matric certificate that was outstanding was sent on the 29-04-2013 . Yesterday i called and requested to speak to Carolines superior as i am getting no joy, if i dont call i dont get anyfeedback from her. Only to be told her manager is on leave and they will take me details and get him to call me when he has returned . i then insisted to speak to someon higher only to be refered to a Johan, who re-assured me all will be dealt with by end of day - 08-05-2013 . Nothing was done. This morning i recived a call from Caroline advise me the finance/acc dep say they cannot register me as i am under administration, and my question is why the approval on credit Vetting? why tell me to pay a deposit if now all of a sudden Damelin cannot assist me? and why transfer me from pillar to post for assistance. CURRENTLY ON HOLD AT STUDENT SERVICES FOR MANAGER WHO IS IN A MEETING
