We visited Durban for Workers Day yesterday and on our way back to Drummond decided to pop-into the Pavillion Mall. We visited Truworths and bought 2 bottles of Eau de Toilette (Caroline Herrera & Prada). Upon arriving home, I noticed the the prices on the wrappers and the actual till charging was incorrect. I was OVERCHARGED R70. Pavillion Mall being 55km away from me, I went my nearest Truworths. I explained and had proof of the Truworths mistake, however, I was denied that my card could be credited with the R70 because this Hillcrest Branch does not sell fragrance... I asked to speak to the manager... a gentleman appeared in a scruffy golf shirt (yes, this was the manager) and without greeting me he simply said I must go back to Pavillion Mall for a credit... NO good morning... NO apology for the inconvenience... then I asked to speak to Customer Services HQ via telephone... by this time I had 3 fellow employees standing and intimidating me, one which was a woman the size literally of an elephant...''Customer Services'' telephonically also disrespectfully told me the same story... a Truworths receipt with their Policies printed on the reverse was irrelevant...
