Imagine this if you could for a second, you order your product at 7pm on a Wednesday night, do the EFT for it and think I hope I get my purchase, never mind get it within 24 hours. Imagine further being called to pick up a parcel at about midday the next day!!! Yes, I do live in South Africa and yes this is a South African company displaying the most excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE I have experienced in the longest time, if ever!!! Yuppiechef, you get 10 out 10 from me, your attention to detail in your packaging is surprising and wholeheartedly welcomed and your products are brilliant. You give all those 24 hr delivery boasters and non deliverers a run for their overpriced service! I wish I could buy a car from you!
Who knew, somewhere in South Africa is a gem called Yuppiechef, who deliver as fast as you can order and pay for it and you can almost feel the smile in their delivery. One could be forgiven for thinking they actually care... hang on... THEY DO!!! Enough to follow up and enquire whether you're satisied with your purchase. i love these guys!! Retailers .. start taking notes...
