I bought 2 Base/Mattress Sets in April, they were delivered as requested.

I ordered two Mattress Protectors that were not delivered. I queried this with the customer service centre and received a reference, 180112 on 7 May 2013. This is where it ended. I have called the call centre about 4 times and they just can't tell me what is going on. They will not give me the number of someone senior who can get involved and fix this up. All it requires is for the delivery of the Matress protectors to happen or for a refund to be given - seems this is never going to happen.

POOR SERVICE and NO INTEREST in resolving such a simple thing!

I bought another bed last week and BED KING delivered everything as request and on time.
