In regards to my telephonic conversation with Michelle over a week ago after my complaint through Hello Peter, I am yet to receive a call/message with a tracking number for the delivery of my 7 pc set as promised by Michelle. I have written to Homechoice (Attn: Michelle) to find out why I have not received the tracking number as I was told but no response as usual.
Must I go through Hello Peter before I receive a feedback from Homechoice? This same promise was made to me before but nothing came out of it. Is this another empty promise from Homechoice?
I just want my order to be delivered so I can forget this bad experience.
