I Have never in my 12 years of purchasing online seen a company as useless as Homechoice.
Firstly, they cannot pick up a credit card payment, secondly there is nobody you can call directly to assist you, you have to call the call center, thirdly they have not delivered and cannot tell you which courier company they use.
I have never in my life seen such a useless company. If you do not understand the essence of online buying then don't introduce it. rather stick to telesales.
my order was dispatched on the 24th July and i am still waiting and the tracking number does not exist at post office plus they have the cheek to charge separate delivery fees for each item> I ask them to cancel the order and refund my money and they say its going to take 10 days to refund??? Homechoice. WHAT A JOKE!!!
