I bought a pair of boots at Timberland Clearwater mall. While i was in the store, the shoes fitted fairly well. When i wore them to church the following morning they became slightly tight and uncomfortable. Soon after church i decided to return them to the store and ask for a replacement seeing as they were a bit uncomfortable. I even asked the store whether there was a possibility of stretching them slightly. After a week of consultation, i was told that the store couldn't help me.
while i agree that i wore the shoe (once for an hour or so), it's not like i bought the shoes for R150 and am sure if cleaned they could have been resold. it's not like i hid anything from them, i was upfront about what i did.
