I submitted a complaint on behalf of my sister on 8/01/2013 and Sandy from Homechoice called a day later. My sister and myself were promised feedback on the progress of some investigation. When no feedback was given I sent email to Homechoice and no one responded until I submitted a 'not impressed' feedback on hello peter. Only then did Sandy get back to my sister. She did not call me this time as promised, she only called my sister. I sent another email on 21/01/2013 and as usual no one has responded. What kind of business is Homechoice running? I wonder!!! My sister will return the products as Sandra requested but before she does that, there is information we need in writing from homechoice. All that is stated on the email I sent on 21/01/2013. I'm fed up of sending emails to Homechoice and no one is bothered to respond or escalate them to the correct people. When you call my sister, please call me as well. I need this matter resolved immediately.
