TERRIBLE SERVICE & ATTITUDE

I called the Edgars call centre to obtain my statement which hasn't come through yet, the lady who took my call was totally uninterested in paying attention to what I wanted & insisted on giving me what SHE wanted to. Then she tells me "please hold" and doesn't even wait for me to say anything. Then I hold for about 5 minutes & someone else takes my call & goes through the ENTIRE process again! She couldn't care about the fact that I had already been through the process & she didn't bother apologizing when I complained about the service. The attitude of the staff is absolutely pathetic & they are extemely unhelpful! I've always wondered why the staff at Edgars have such bad attitude, but after speaking to call centre agents I realize that it's just the way most Edgars staff behave. Really sad that service levels in this country just get worse & worse.
