First time I had ordered with Nivo Shopping I had a bad experience but I can surely say after buying my 3rd product from them, their their service has been ever improving.
Berco Express had missed the delivery address and I had assured Nivo that the address was correct. One hour after calling Nivo to redeploy the parcel to the same address I received delivery. Now that's service.
