My mother and I filed a complaint about Edgars staff's attitude and not providing the services to FICA my joint account about 2 months ago on her account on hellopeter. We were really impressed when we received a phone call the next day at 9 am, with Edgars apologizing and told us that they will FICA my account and keep us up to
date about the situation. We felt relieved that they responded so quickly and we gained our faith in Edgars again. But since that day NOTHING! My card is still not FICA and we haven't heard from them again. How nice for apologizing but what now??
