Edgars has the worst call centre service! this morning I tried calling them to query my statement and the first time I called, I was on hold for over 10 minutes only to then get through to a call centre agent who didn't realise that I got through, because she was having a nice chat with her colleague while I was holding on. Then I tried calling again, held on for another 5-8 minutes. The agent asked me what she can help me with. I told her that I want to query something on my statement and then she put me back on hold for the automated service! Why would she do that! It's the first thing you get through to when you call them so I've already been through those options! The third time I called, I held on until I was disconnected.
All 3 calls were this morning!
