Edgars in Trade Route Mall in Lenasia has the worse service ever!
There is never enough staff on the floor to assist customers and when there is someone around, their attitude stinks, they are not helpful at all or they are clueless as to what is happening.
There is never enough cashiers, often you have to stand in long lines for long periods of times.
I stood in line for 30 mins the other day and there was only one cashier, staff was walking around on the floor doing nothing, seeing the long line, but no one would come assist at the tills.
This is an ongoing problem, no one seems to care, not the staff or Management.
