My wife and I are sleeping on the floo

I placed an order for a King size mattress and paid for it on the 9th December. I have yet to receive confirmation of my order. Lunga (sorry, I failed to get a surname) helped me and promised me that the mattress would be delivered on the 17th December as it would be reserved for me.

Yesterday was the 17th, I moved into my flat, all my furniture was delivered, except for the mattress. I had phoned at least 3 times before my called was finally answered, only for someone to say that I will have to wait 7-14 days because the mattress I ordered is being manufactured. I was told Lunga would call me back the next day.

After spending a night of trying to sleep on the floor and barely sleeping at all I phoned dial a bed the next morning, requested to speak to Lunga, but was told that all his calls we're being diverted.

I am done wasting my airtime. I want the mattress I paid for and I certainly cannot sleep on the floor for 14 days.
