On the 15/05/2013 my wife and I were shopping in PnP. As my wife was walking down the perfume aisle, she slip and fell on a sugar that had not been cleaned up. After the fall a security guard and other customers helped her up. I then enquired where the managers and staff are, then we were told to walk to the information counter. On arrival there, we asked to see a manager because my wife just fell. The ladies at the counter called a manager on the intercom, after which she arrived and said that she needs to call another manager. The store manager arrived and asked us if we want to go to our dr. first or fill in the incident report. We agreed to fill in the paperwork but then they could nit find a incident report form. While they were looking for the papers we enquired as to y we haven't been offered any medical or first aid. Then only was a OHS rep and first-aider called to assist us ( -30mins later).at no time did we feel like a valued customer, and still awaiting a call from PnP. Its been 2 days later and still no word from them. Wife still in bed. Walking with crutches. Im appalled by the service and incompetence of PnP staff
