Ude unsympathetic behaviours

On the 16 December my wife slipped on fries and and fell hard on her back and she hit her head.the two managers standing behind the counter didn't't have the decency to come and assist the situation and be sympathetic towards what happens instead i had to call her on her arrival she was rude and unprofessional in the way she handled it not evens an apology.when i went to the other manager to ask her if she should fill in a injury report or phone a ambulance she replied by sayng what do you want me to do you must wait for the camera footage was her reply.i then told her but you are suppose to fill in a report on what happened and she insisted i wait for the footage she never filled in a form of the happening.i had to pick my wife up cause she lost consciousness for a few seconds get this the manager that came to assist has first aid training but she didn't do anything to help seeing that see has training.the area manager phone me to apologise for their behaviour when i told him about how humiliating and it was the way they treated my wife and i, they were so rude to us, we still upset cause no one has contacted us the area manager gave me his number now when i phone its the wrong n
