It seems to be a on going problem that never seems to be addressed. Staff at Pick 'n Pay Longbeach dont seem to realise that there are customers in the shop.
Last Saturday (27/04) we had just finished shopping at Woolies and my wife & I were making our way down yet another isle in P 'n P that had three trolleys full of packaging material & no staff around. With me walking ahead I came across three shelf replenishes that had their cell phone playing music & them messing around (with 2 trolleys full of packing material) & asked them if they could please clear up the isle so that customers can get passed. While I was walking away one of they staff members picked up a empty box & made a gesture to hit me from behind. Little did he know that my wife was walking a couple of metres behind me & saw what he was doing. He then argued with us saying my wife was lying, I reported this to the manager on duty.
Even though I know that this & all the other things that carry on at this store will go unchecked, Checkers is opening up at the Sun Valley Mall area and after asking around alot of people will be shopping there.
Pick 'n Pay needs to wake up!
