Game insurance failure

I took up 2 cellphones on contract at game in Richards bay for my mom and sister, the deal was all they do is insure the phones. Which was done through games insurance plan, we filled in the forms I store and were given packages and with policy numbers etc... What they failed to do is inform us that we need to activate the insurance... So we went on with our lives, a few months down the line my sisters phone is, we try to process claims and are informed we not on the system cause insurance wasn't insured... I call the call centre the lady on the line informs me that the Game staff are supposed to activate everything... now we stuck with a lost cellphone and one uninsured phone
