Call Centre Agent Thandi - Bad Attitude

I'd like to inform you about the type of people you employ at your call centre. This morning at 8h06 I had a lady call me from 021-4607911 by the name of Thandi. She greeted and immediately stated that she's calling from Identity & started asking me all kinds of questions (nothing about a reason for the call). First she wanted to know my address, then my employer's name, then my occupation & then my date of salary? I asked her why she wanted to know all these things as my date of salary is none of identity's concern as I do not have any debit order arrangement with you guys.

She then said very abruptly: "mam, do you know what confirm means" & started raising her voice. I asked her whether she still wanted to have a conversation with me but she just went ahead talking over me. Now I work in a service industry & this is not the type of attitude I expect from an employer of Identity. I'm so disgusted that I didn't event want to call back to speak to a supervisor about it. I'll probably go down to one of the stores today, pay whatever I owe & close my account. Don't really feel like being called by any one of your groups call centre's again!
