Get ur debt collectors to treat ur customers with respect cause u will lose customers because of them. Iam well aware my account is arrears and so is my Identity bt the call I got from Identity was treated with respect. Iam not well dnt have a voice, my phone rings at 16:52 on a Saturday nogals. YOH.I give my sister it to pick up, then sum guy says he want to speak to me, my sister advisesa him iam not available he says his calling regarding her account she must pay with attitude*iam listening to the call the phone on speaker*she then asks why is Truworthscalling on a Saturday at this time his saying its in Truworths right to call.*Shocked*this guys got a lot of attitude, my sister advises its wrong to call at time. He starts raising his voice and telling my sister its not her account why is she worried. When she says she will report him he says go ahead and before dropping the call tell my sister to of.then drops the call iam very angry so is she. Cause ur debt collectors treat ur customer like nothing at all. They need to know how to speak a customer, it does nt mean I owe iam nothing. Get ur act straight TRUWORThS u losing customers even is I owe wnt to pay this account and close it.
