I got my credit report from Transunion today (17.05.2013). As i was going through it I noticed that theres an amount of R4800 that I owe edgars. I phoned edcon call center to find out exactly what is this amount Im owing for because I dont have any edgars account. The last time I had an edgars account was around 2002 or 2003 and I settled the account.
The new account was opened on the 19 of April 2013 at Boardmans in Pavillion Shopping center. Edcon Management I really need a very urgent response regarding this matter and I need that amount to be cleared with immediate effect because I do not owe you anything. Please retrieve the application forms that were signed to open that account on my name. You need to inform transunion to update my record because I will not have an account that is not being paid on my name because of your unproffessional staff. Did you verify the documents that was given to you before you can open that account. I am really upset and this need to be sorted within 72 hours, otherwise legal actions will be taken against you. This is the reference no: 1705130281/GO.
