My mom bought a Letter Lounge suite at Randshow some while ago after i have bought same lounge suite at WinstonSahd. My mom's letter lounge suite colour started fading away and we immediately notified WinstonSahd of this problem. Winstonsahd arranged for the lounge to be collected however the lounge was brought back and no repairs were done. We then waited for them to tell us why nothing was done to fix problem and we were taken from pillar to post. I then followed up on several occasions with them and only to be told that there are no guarantees for the letter and the lounge suite. My lounge suit today still looks far better than my mom's even though i have two small kids. You would expect that my lounge suite would fade before my mom's one. The after sales service is absolutely shocking and disgusting and to make things worse the manager (Zanette) does not have the decency to provide feedback for complains. I have always taken the initiative of phoning and writing and only then i will have some sort of feedback. Winstonsahd you deserve the best award for worst services ever. Bongani
