We bought a corner lounge suite from Leisure Lounge, but found that the wrong fabric had been used and a different filling for the seats. Leisure Lounge investigated and without hesitation remade and replaced the suite.
about five months later he fabric started piling. Again Leisure Lounge collected the suite, found that it was a fabric manufacturers flaw and are busy replacing the fabric. In my mind this is really wonderful, I never once had to argue with the people dealing with this issue. My problem was dealt with in a professional, helpful manner. They were most apologetic. I would not hesitate in using this company again and highly recommend to all my friends, family and colleagues.
