I bought a Hydrovac Plus in Nov 2012. It is used by me only and I consider myself very careful. In the first month the clips holding the top to the bottom broke. They still work but they have to be checked every couple of minutes to ensure they are clamping properly. Then the Turbo Brush stopped working. I called at my nearest Verimark shop at Woodlands Mall Pretoria and was told to contact the call center. This I did and was told to take the product to where I had purchased it for assessment. I took the product to the Silver Lakes Macro where I had bought it. The Verimark person there checked the problems and told me that I should take it to Verimark in GAME at Woodlands Mall or Menlyn shopping center as they were authorised to supply new parts. He also suggested I open up the Turbo Brush and clean its insides. I returned to Woodlands Mall and called on Verimark within the GAME store. The lady said that she knew nothing about being authorised to supply parts. I returned to the Verimark shop I had called on at the beginning. Still no joy and was told the clips and brush are not covered by the guarantee. I cleaned out the brush, after one use it has stopped working again.
