We are one of the unlucky owners who seems to have been fooled by the Verimark story - "Buy a non-stick baur pan from us and we will re-coat it for you when the coating goes off."
So our Baur pan needs a recoat and I take it to the Verimark shop in Woodlands (Having to walk through the mall looking like an with the pan in my hands - A rather big one). This was on 21 March 2013. The shop assistant explains to me, that they will supply me with an already recoated pan, as the coating takes a while. HOWEVER they do not have stock and they will phone us as soon as it arrives.
MORE than a month later, still no phone call. The pan is now unusable.
Do you really replace / recoat these pans, or is it just another one of your sales stories? Feels like the latter to me.
THINK CAREFULLY before buying one of those quite expensive pans from Verimark. Rather buy a cheaper version somewhere else (Woolworths) and replace the pan when the coating goes off, because Verimark is not going to fix it for you.
