Never in my life have I had such a piece of rubbish than the Genesys Hydrovac Extreme. I bought a Hydrovac Turbo in September last year. Took is back in October, November and again January. Then I managed to get it exchanged for a Hydrovac Extreme which is supposed to be "an excellent product" according to the sales representative. Worked well for a couple of months. Now again, the suction power is pathetic and it does not clean properly.
I was told to clean the filter etc and that does not help as well. Needless to say I will never, never, even buy anything from Verimark again. To pay R1600 for is just unacceptable. I am going to buy myself a proper vacuum cleaner and take the piece of rubbish and dump it in front of the Verimark store.
