My name is Elton Joseph Manikus ID no. 8404075126082, due to unemployment I defaulted on two of my accounts. I have started working again and arranged with Motlanthe Attorneys to pay R200.00 per month on account no.4045557608 and R150 per month on account no.62363704901.
Currently I am paying as arranged, my problem started when the attorney wanted to garnish me of which I had refused. Then the attorneys tried the Company I currently working for to sign the Garnish documents. After hearing my side of the story the Company refused to sign the documents.
By some crooked way they had the Garnish signed by one of my colleagues and now they want the Company to action the Garnish without me or one of the managers signing for the documents that was delivered. Now Motlanthe Attorneys is making my life a living. I am destitute, please help.
