On Friday the 10 may 2013 I bought a white satin perfume. When I opened the box at home to check the perfume was used. I took it back today (11 may 2013) & they refused to take it back. I feel that they should have checked the bottle at the till when I was paying as it was not sealed. All of these perfumes were not sealed. It was supposed to be my mothers day gift. But that to is ruined because of this. Clicks in Ladysmith has just lost a customer. It was not my fault that it was opened so why should I pay the price for it. I used to reside in Newcastle and always shopped at clicks there, their service was always excellent.never had a problem with them.
