I had an account with RCS and there after I was unemployed for a period of three years. I am now employed as of 2011.Now RCS has sold over my account to Motlanthe Attorneys who insist on garnishing me even though I keep calling them to try and make arrangement to pay them through their bank account. All they want is to garnish me even though I am prepared to pay them. How can I stop them from garnishing me and pay them through their bank. Its as if Iam refusing to pay them. I have also been asking them to send me a statement of how much I owe them, and they refuse to do so.
