I have tried Fica'ing my account for two months now and without success. i have been in the branch several times and the problem is not sorted. I keep re-submitting documents and my account is still block and cannot be used. I was told that it will be sorted by today and still nothing. My account cannot be used so what is the point of having an account and having credit when you cannot use it! if this is not sorted soonest I will settle the amount outstanding and i will close my account!! I expect this to be resolved today
