We've purchased a bed set with head board. The item was faulty from day 1. It's been almost 2 months now and nothing has been done about it. Even after speaking to the branch manager. I find this kind of service disgusting. I've even asked for the goods to be returned but they declined to do so.
We don't want the goods replaced anymore, we want our credit NOW
