We bought office furniture of over 12k and it was delivered today. I did not receive everything I purchased and upon opening the boxes there were no manuals inside and parts were missing. Scratched surfaces, damaged corners. These goods are most definitely not new and Makro has wasted my entire day trying to assemble these pathetic quality goods. I can see now why you are selling your furniture for so much cheaper than waltons. I want my money back immediately, including my delivery charges, and you need to come and collect these substandard furniture before 12:00 tomorrow afternoon.
