I have purchased furniture (a stand and couches) from Furniture City in October, the stand and one couch were damaged and asked to have it swapped the same week of delivery, from the floor assistant to the branch manager no one can or want to assist me after phoning in numerous times. We are half way through January and I'm still sitting without furniture although paying for the goods. Whenever I phone in they assume that the matter have been resolved, I have asked to cancel but I am told that I cannot do so. I was told when they pick up the damaged goods then I will get the other stuff on the same day. How can 3 people not resolve a minor problem like this. Your customer service big time...
