I bought a Samsung 32"tv from then on the 28th October 2013.I return the tv on the 7th working day for a new tv or exchange for another one, I phoned them and the response was to bring the tv in for repairs but it is a new tv. Mac the floor manager said there will be no refund or exchange for a new one as he must repair the first one!!!The first tv you could not see anything on the tv as I showed them a videoof what the tv does. They opened a workshop card for repairs and the question why will they open a workshop card if there is nothing wrong with the tv like the floor manager said the first time Mac called me a week later asking if he could have the video for evidence to claim a new tv. The assistant from Samsung phoned me and asked if he also can have the video, I send the video thruw whats up for them as the video was to big for MMS it was 6.4mb. They phoned me and said the tv is right and I can come and collect the tv, I must give a day leave form to go and collect the tv so I went to pick up the tv Mac said everything is in the box got home and the tv cable for power was not in the box phoned him and he said so what you can buy the anywhere they gave me poor poor service.
