My LG TV lost the colour display on th 4th of April, having waited to call the call centre during working hours the next day, we were greeted by a careless call centre attendant. Having waited a further 10days and 4 phone calls an agent came out and viewed the malfunctioning TV for 1minute and "advised" that he would lodge the complaint. Now 6weeks later and several telephone calls to the only existing contact number, both call centre attendants Raksha and Happy are unsuccessful in processing my request. When asked to transfer my call to the manager Mr gopal Coppsamy, he is repeatedly unavailable. Upon calling Game Customer Service, I am again told they cannot assist me. Somebody help me get a full refund of R8654 wasted on pathetic Game service.
