1st Dec 2011 bought blackberry 8520 at Game..they offered me insurance i took it... now Jan 2013 bought another phone blackberry 9300... tried calling the call centre on the #0861005675... the number always say "we experiancing high volume of calls... as soon as there's available agent will transfer your call" then says "as a velued customer we value you opinion." tried about 100 times... wanted to change model of phone with them an insure the new phone... went to game on the 29th Apr 2013 to ask how can i cancel the old insurance and insure the new phone... the colored lady (cellphone counter) i spoke to who didnt have a name tag said she doesnt know and maybe i must try to contact the call centre... please help... need to just cancel this insurance once and for all as the debit order still runs through my account
