Pathetic Service

I was paying a cellphone insurance for the past year with Game insurance. On the 18th June 2013 I lost my blackberry 9360. I submitted a claim and was told that someone will call me back. After waiting several days I called the call centre and was asked to resend my docs which I did and and I paid an excess fee of R350. I spoke to Tshepo and Bronnica who handled my claim, they took down my address for delivery. Its been now almost 3 weeks that i'm without a phone. I've spent almost a hundred rand to refax docs everytime and more than R200 airtime phoning the call centre. I'm being promised that someone will call me with feedback but no-one does. This is by far the worst service received from game. They tarnishing the Game nalme & I wont do business with them in the future, im definitely closing my game account. I think i'm rather going to buy me a other phone, I would like you to refund my money please because up until today I havent received any phone from Game insurance, so much for 72 hours turn around time.
