After calling the 086030330 help line spending a good few minutes with the consultant to sort out my online log in, I finally had time to see if it worked.
So today i go to log in and request a "Forgot My Password"
I got the mail with my Username and the password. But when entering it, it still says invalid.
What's the use of such a facility if its not going to work?
