CANNOT PROCESS REFUND

My Russells accounts - Furniture and Personal Loan Account was Settled and there are credits due to me. I went to the Store on Eastrand Mall Store on 11/05/2013 as being told by the customer care department for the refunds. After much hassle I got the refund for the furniture account but was told because the credit manager was sick that they could not process the refund on the personal loan. So left my details there so it could be done on Monday 13/05/2013.

I got a call from Joleen on Monday to say that cannot process the refund as the store was supposed to have closed down and now the systems are not linked. They have referred me to the JDFS refund department which I cannot get hold of the line other goes dead or I am shoved from one department to another.

This is not professional service and would like some one to process this refund for the personal loan. I am not riding up and down and wasting the petrol.
