After I settled my account Russells still went on to debit my bank account and trying to get my refund from them it's like trying to catch a shadow. Call centre staff just keep on transferring from one agent to another. I don't know what to do any more now. As I am typing this I am holding on their 0860 11 0807 line for the past 15 minutes!!! Russells refund me my money please!
