I purcahsed a all in one computer from the above company 19/10/2012.
The computer gave problems from day one, a technician was sent who could not repair it and suggested that i send it back.
It went for a repair, came back and i was not happy with a new computer being repaired.
I was told to give it a chance, and again its gone for repairs.
the technician put in new parts yesterday[he hadnt seen the problem yet] and after putting in parts the computer was still faulty. Twice we have had to take it to Durban which cost me over R300.00 a trip.
Why should i be out of pocket and accept a faulty computer.?
I have sent e mails to the h/o and seems everyone passes the buck. Surely i have some consumer rights
