I have had a problem with my wireless printer. The first one was replaced but I'm still experiencing the problem and no-one can seem to fix it. The printer will not print each time I attempt a print. Each time I have to power off and on so that my computer can communicate. Now it does not print because an information message about ink levels or paper comes up. My printer shows that there is enough ink but the computer brings up a message and it gets stuck at this point. It will just not print. I have to cancel the print.
The most frustrating thing is that no one can assist. I now have two printers that cannot be used and have hardly been used.
