After buying a Tempo mens wrist watch at sterns it has been rerplaced after the one arm fell off. The second more expensive watch has been send in for repairs 7 times each time taking aprox 6 weeks TO REPAIR.Today 2013-08-05 after i finally started to get angry the lady at sterns tygervalley let me talk to Mrs Najhma the Tempo repairshop manager and the only thing she said is that the American swiss shop in Kuilsriver where i have booked in the faulty watch 6 times did not follow procedure now i the client must be penalised. The only thing she cant explain is why the watch has come back over six times still not doing wat it is suppose to do and that is to keep time. The warranty expires in November 2013 and it is clear that they are trying to by time so that they can get rid of my valid complaint. It is a waterproof watch and has also not being watwerproof for the whole period that i had it ;it even leak when i am walking in the rain.
