A while ago I send my watch for repairs and had endless troubles for months, to get that sorted out. Eventually the watch was send in for repairs and when I picked it up, I was surprised to find that I was given a new watch, because the old one could not be repaired. Thank You for the people at Sterns that was all involved over the months.
