To whom it may concern,
I bought a TEMPO watch for my partner at Sterns in N1 City Mall, Goodwood. A few months later, we needed to take the watch back to have it checked out. Weeks passed and still, not response from the store. Even though the employee said that he would call with any related information.
Eventually, we had to return to the shop, only to find out that the watch needed to be sent away for further examination. Then, when we arrived at the shop a few days ago again to find out the progress, another employee assisted us. The previous employee no longer works there. As a result, the watch was not sent away for further assessment.
Please can someone assist. This watch was a gift and for the price that was paid for this watch, I think that it it is already quite ridiculous that the watch might be needing repairs already. Regardless of the tardy assistance from the store and their employees.
I hope that we can be assisted a.s.a.p.
