Double charge on my credit card!

I discovered today that my account was double charged the R914.90 value of my order. I phoned the call centre and Nicole was helpful, but I did not feel any sense of urgency on her part.

This is a big amount of money and I want to be reimbursed before the end of the week.

I will also never pay with credit card again as this institution can not be trusted.
