Purchased at Sunglass Hut F/ways for R2, 850. Machine disconnected before transaction completed - put it through again, was successful. A week later saw that my card had been charged twice. Went into Sunglass Hut, guy remembered me & the transaction. He checked iwth his H/O and they sent me their statements - they only got the money once. Phoned Discovery and filled in dispute form on 9/4/13, was told it would be resolved after 21 working days. 21days expired, I phoned again, only to be told to wait 24 hours. I have just now received another email sayng they are investigating and will get back to me in another 21 working days (Ref2794147893). COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE ON A SIMPLE DOUBLE CHARGE WITH NO HAVING BEEN COMMITTED. I am completely disgusted with the service of both the call centre and Discovery Card themselves.
