I feel done wrong by FNB because I made a large transaction on my credit card because I have a limit on my cheque card that is less than the credit card. On the same day, only a few hours later, I transferred the money back to my credit card online in order to settle the amount so as not to incur and any interest. On the day of the purchase with my credit card I was charged the transfer costs which I expected, this morning I received a message saying I was charged for debt protect which is unfair because I settled the account on the same day. When I called they say there is nothing they can do about it.
