Since April 2013 I have been double debited on my credit card for Multichoice services. On my debit order date of the 12th of the month I am charged for the same amount twice.
Calling the Multichoice call centre is an exercise in futility. I battled to get the person to understand what I was saying. He insisted I must go to my bank - not a huge amount of point because it comes up clearly as:
"Multichoice Offline Age Randburg"
I know it's Multichoice and I can see it on my credit card statements. I am paying for it! The weird thing is that I just assumed I would be being double credited on my account so I wasn't panicked. When I checked this week I saw they were only crediting me once... So now I have a problem. If I was in credit I wouldn't be as irritated.
