It has now been two months since the the activation of my FNB gold credit card and its saddening that to date, none of the terms on which we had agreed on have been honoured by FNB. My ABSA credit card balance has NOT been settled as was promised, and as far as i Ihave been informed, the 9% interest rate on my credit card has also NOT taken effect. On the contrary, I have been informed that i am being charged a 18% interest rate. Double the about i had offered, which was in fact the main reason for having accepted this offer.
Now i do not have the contact details of the person who i communicated this agreement with so as to call them. I have called and been put through to many people in various departments that deal with credit cards in my attempt to sort this out. This has all been fruitless.
I am very unsatisfied by this.
